Adrian: Just walk. If it's fat you need to drop, the fastest way to lose it is low-impact exercise. Again, that translates to 30+ minutes of walking a day (or a mile+). I lost 45lbs since June mostly in part to the huge amount of walking I did between my apartment in Winooski and downtown (yay for hitting VPB 2-3 nights a week, 2 miles each direction). Glad to hear you're attempting to eat better, too!
