Setup a PM'ing feature in the forums so now you can message each other secretly.
You can include multiple people on a message (separate names w/ a comma) and it automatically subscribes you to the messages (you can unsubscribe with a click.)

I think PM'ing is huge, especially as the forum grows and we don't know all of each other's e-mail addresses. Thanks for taking care of this Tanner!
